What I like about working on the Genomicc Study is that it feels that we are really contributing to future care and health service improvement in the future. The results are helping us to identify patients who are potentially more at risk of becoming critically ill with these illnesses and therefore able to provide timely and more effective care to try to prevent this. As research nurses it enables us to feel like what we are working on matters.
